As with all things that I have been procrastinating on my health and physical fitness has been one of my biggest failures. I don't eat right and I don't exercise enough. If you review this blog's history you will see my many attempts. So, here is another attempt. I recently turned 41 so my goal is to lose 42 pounds by the time I turn 42. That works out to 3.5 lbs a month or less than a pound a week. I need to consider how I'm going to accomplish this so for now I'm just posting a goal and the details will come as I determine them. Hopefully people will read this and help encourage me over then next 12 months to keep me motivated and pushing forward to that goal.
My current weight is 248.2 lbs with a BMI of 34.
